Hi I am Valentia AAR2744 – DOB: 10/02/2020 – I’m a female podenco cross. I used to roam around the Campo of Iznate where some lovely people kept feeding me and my other dog friends. But we were very afraid to get near the humans in case they hurt us as many others have done in the past.
After getting pregnant and giving birth to 9 puppies on one of the villagers’ properties in the campo, I was taken with the puppies to a nice kennels where we were safe, dry and we were given food and water. Also, there is a big garden where we can all play together without any dangers.
Most of my puppies are adopted now. I am still waiting for my own family to come forward. I have had all my vaccines, chip and passport and neutered.
I have been on walks on the leads out in the countryside with good people who take care of us. I love my cuddles and hugs as everyone in the kennels give me loads. I also try to play with other new dogs but I am not good with cats.
If you are interested in fostering or adopting me, you can visit me at the kennel. Please write to AAR at axarquia-rescue@hotmail.com for more information on how to get to know me more.
