Meet Chico, one of our permanent fosters
Click on an image to enlarge the picture or play the videoChico was left at a local kennels when his owner passed away. It quickly became clear he had a number of health problems and issues. After extensive behavioural and specialist vet assessments and investigations, Chico was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour. It took many months to find exactly the right medication regime to give him a great quality of life. His permanent foster mums adore him and he has the most wonderful quality of life with them in the UK. He's very settled and a very happy boy. He is very playful and loves chasing sticks. He still has regular 'episodes' but not as frequently and his mums know exactly how to manage them. Chico goes everywhere with him mums and is living his very best life.
